STAXS® is looking for a Sales Representative for South Netherlands who thrives on building relationships and acquiring new clients. You partner with customers in the pharmaceutical industry and life sciences in optimizing their cleanroom processes — a market with impact and long sales cycles, where trust and substance make the difference.

What will you be doing?

  • You are responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships in North Brabant and Limburg.
  • You leverage your network, identify opportunities, and know how to convert them into sustainable customer relationships.
  • You are the ‘solution seller’: with the right questions, you get to the core of what a customer really needs.
  • You work structured and use CRM and data to substantiate your approach.
  • You work closely with colleagues from e.g. sales, customer care and product management.

 What do you bring? 

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in a complex environment, preferably in pharma or medical devices
  • HBO work and thinking level
  • Experience with solution selling and besides Dutch, you communicate fluently in English
  • Strong analytical skills: you use data and CRM as the basis for your commercial choices
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
