Sales Representative Germany

As part of our ongoing growth strategy,
we are looking for a Sales Representative with a focus on Business Development.

What will you be doing?

  • Identification, approach, and (cold) acquisition of new customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and drug manufacturing sectors
  • Building a robust network with opinion leaders and decision-makers
  • Expanding commercial activities with existing customers
  • Strategic positioning of STAXS® and DOTCH® products and selling them without directly discussing the products
  • Identification, tracking, and closure of business opportunities and creating brand awareness for STAXS® and DOTCH® with customers
  • Negotiation and first point of contact for all sales process-related matters
  • Regular conduct of market and customer analyses, recognizing market trends, and deriving appropriate recommendations for the responsible Regional Sales Manager
  • Creating forecasts and implementing and monitoring the annual sales plan in coordination with the responsible Regional Sales Manager

Are you our new colleague?

  • Ideally, you have a completed Bachelor degree or equivalent education
  • You are a dynamic individual with a lot of enthusiasm and talent in building and developing new accounts within the life science industry
  • Experience in a (inter)national sales role within the life science industry is desirable
  • A strong customer orientation combined with excellent sales skills are natural for you
  • Excellent communication skills as well as outstanding verbal and written expression in German and English are required
  • You have the ability to impart knowledge and possess a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-oriented work style
