What will you be doing?
As the ICT Application Specialist, you are responsible for the effective management, implementation and coordination of applications within STAXS®. Additionally, you will ensure that the applications operate optimally and align with the organization's needs. You will also provide second-level support for business applications. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing second line support to our colleagues on critical business applications such as ERP, CRM, and MS365, and serving as a backup for first level support colleagues.
- Identifying improvements and solutions for current and future needs.
- Actively contributing to various challenging ICT projects.
- Coordinating and conducting tests on test systems.
- Following up on planned application software releases with suppliers and partners.
- Managing, maintaining, and updating the application manual and knowledge base for end users.
- Managing and coordinating the lifecycle of ICT applications, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring.

Are you our new colleague?
You’re able to communicate in Dutch and English and you’ve gained at least two years of experience in managing ICT applications.
- You’ve completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field
- You have experience in operational support of ERP systems; basic knowledge of NetSuite is a significant plus
