In this role, you’ll work across various departments. You’ll be given plenty of freedom to take the initiative, develop ideas and actually put improvements into practice. This means you’ll have a directly visible impact on the way our organisation operates.
What will you be doing?
Specifically, you will be involved in:

Analysing and improving existing processes.

Identifying opportunities to work more efficiently.

Independently taking on and following up on smaller projects.

Supporting digitalisation initiatives within various teams.

Researching and testing new technologies and AI applications.

Gathering information, drawing up proposals and overseeing implementations.

Monitoring actions, planning and the progress of projects.
-
Developing an AI-powered chatbot.
-
Supporting CRM and digitalisation projects.

Exploring new tools that could improve our efficiency.
You have:
-
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (completed or currently studying for), for example in Industrial Engineering, Business Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration or a similar subject

An interest in project management, process improvement and digitalisation
-
An affinity with AI tools and digital solutions, and you are ‘tech-savvy’
-
A good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other digital applications

A good command of Dutch and English
