That’s why we take a major step forward: all STAXS® locations are completely smoke-free. This policy applies not only to indoor spaces but also to outdoor areas, including our parking lots and surrounding premises.
This decision is grounded in our belief that a healthy workplace begins with healthy habits. Clean air is essential, not just in the environments we serve, but in the spaces where we work, collaborate, and grow. By removing tobacco smoke from our premises, we’re reinforcing our commitment to a culture of care, safety, and long-term wellbeing.
But we know that lasting change takes more than policy. That’s why we offer smoking cessation courses to all employees, and even temporary staff. These resources are designed to empower individuals who want to quit smoking and support them in building healthier routines, at their own pace and with full encouragement from STAXS®.
Going smoke-free is about more than compliance: it’s about setting a tone of respect and responsibility. It’s about ensuring that everyone who steps into a STAXS® facility can breathe a little easier, focus a little better, and feel truly supported in their pursuit of health and excellence.
