Our journey to eco‑smart packaging

We have been working hard to shift towards the mindset that investing in sustainable practices is not a burden. Instead of compromising on quality or profits, we have been finding innovative ways to create value, while minimizing our impact on the planet.

Quality meets responsibility

To reduce waste, cut carbon emissions, and support a circular economy, our packaging components feature recycled materials since 2024:

  • Box liners crafted from 100% Post‑Industrial Recycled (PIR) materials.

  • Top sheets made with 100% PIR components.

  • Pallet wrap film composed of 50% Post‑Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials.

Why this matters

Our 100% PIR box liners maintain barrier and strength, which means there is zero compromise on product protection. The same goes for our 100% PIR top sheets, which rtain consistent durability, while reducing virgin-plastic use.

Yes. We believe sustainable materials should never diminish performance. So while we aim for 100% recycled materials, the need for stretch and elasticity in pallet wrap is not yet possible in 100% recycled materials. So we opt for a 50-50 blend, so we can balance performance and ecology.

Our benefits (and the planet's!):

  • Minimized material waste through upcycling industrial by-products

  • Lowered carbon footprint by integrating recycled plastics

  • Resource preservation and active participation in the recycling loop

  • High standards maintained, offering reliable protection with an eco-conscious twist

By embracing recycled materials, we take a proactive step toward a circular economy

This way, materials are reclaimed, repurposed, and kept in use, reducing both extraction and landfill waste. The recycled by-products and recycled plastics for our packaging allow us to partner with you to support high-performance cleanroom standards and a healthier planet.
