Our dedication to excellence extends to our corporate responsibility. Through our STAXS^® Pink Planet initiative, we have committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, putting people and the planet first. This commitment is woven into everything we do, from working with suppliers to minimize our carbon footprint to fostering a diverse and inclusive organization where all employees have opportunities to grow.

We are taking meaningful steps on our journey to full GHG emission neutrality across our operations. We are excited to share some of our recent milestones:

• Reduced Emissions: Since 2023, our Heerenveen facility has cut natural gas use by integrating heat pump technology, reducing emissions by 65 tonnes in a single step.
• Neutral Transport: As of 2024, all our transport is 100% GHG emission neutral.
• Green Fleet: We now exclusively lease electric vehicles, which has resulted in an 85% reduction in diesel cars in our fleet.
• Clean Energy: We have implemented a 100% green electricity policy and offset our residual gas consumption.

Furthermore, our focus on sustainability includes giving our products a new purpose after they have served yours through our STAXS^® Second Life program.
