I am looking for a product that I can’t find on the website
Our website shows a sample of the range, therefore it is possible that you will not find a product that nevertheless is part of our range. Please contact us and we will deal with your request within 2 working days.

Can I have a sample of the product I am interested in?
Yes, that is possible. You can request information on a product via the website. You can use this facility to request further information, such as brochures or samples. You can also send an e-mail to info@staxs.eu

I have a complaint about my order or a product – what should I do?
Please contact our sales team as soon as possible. It is advisable in that case to have information on hand, such as the order number, relevant article number and lot number. This will enable us to process the complaint efficiently and our QA department will take further action, if necessary. You will receive a letter of confirmation with a reference number.

The invoice that we have received is wrong. What should I do?

I want to make an appointment with the account manager – what should I do?
To make an appointment, send an e-mail to info@staxs.eu. The account manager or someone from your area sales team will contact your within 1 working day.

Where are the products manufactured?
As STAXS NV is a wholesaler and obtains the products from a wide range of suppliers, the sources are very diverse. If you contact our sales team, they can tell you where individual products are manufactured.
